About Us

Family GEM is a non-profit organization, sponsored by River of Life Foundation.  All staff and teachers of Family GEM are volunteers.  

Family GEM teachers are expereinced in teaching and counseling in marriage and parenting, and are PESA certified facilitators.

PESA Parenting Course

PESA (Parent Expectations Support Achievement) is a parent education program designed to improve your skills as a parent or caregiver. It teaches techniques that will improve your child's academic achievement, communication with the family and self-confidence.

PESA was developed by the Los Angeles County Office of Education in 1996 and is the companion to the internationally successful Teacher Expectations and Student Achievement (TESA) program.

Time： Fremont class has completed. Cupertino class under preparation.
